Safaree slammed the door so hard it made Nicki jump right out of her sleep. Nicki was reminded what happened before she drifted off to dreamland. She arose from the chase with a stretch and navigated to the bedroom. She tried to avoid the party going on in the Kitchen and succeeded. She opened the door partly to peep inside. She walked in a closed the door quietly, the lights were dim and Safaree was just sitting on the bed watching Family Guy.

"Safaree baby."

No answer.

"Faree I'm sorry."

Silence. Nicki bit her lip and crawled onto the bed straddling him. Started kissing him on the cheek but he rejected all of them.

"Oh come on Safaree. I really am sorry. Please forgive me pwease."

She started to kiss him again but he focused his attention on the tv not at his wife.

"Come on. I never thought in a million years you'd ever give me a gift this nice."

He looked directly into her eyes but said nothing.

"I love you. You're the best husband ever."

Nicki smothered him with kisses once again.

"Yes I am and you're the worst wife ever."

Safaree spoke his mind. Nicki nodded in agreement.

"You know, I may not be great at giving gifts. But you are very crap at receiving them."

Safaree confessed.

"Agreed."

She grabbed the pillow he was lying on and threw across the room. 

"So.. Can we start making up?"

"Nope."

He stood up and Nicki fell to the ground with a thud.
