*I'm so so so so so so SORRY I couldn't post earlier, a lot of stuff happened........................................................................................................................................... Before you read on... I know nothing about the equipment in a hospital. Ok. K. Enjoy.*

 Lauren had gone out to get a coffee and has come back to see Candi glaring at her phone, the traffic has gotten worse, car horns were sounding off left, right and centre. But inside the car, they were suffocating in silence. 

 "This isn't doing any good." 

 Candi took off her seat belt and opened the car door. She had no intention of going back she power walked down the street at quite a fast pace. Too fast for Lauren's liking. 

"Wait, Candi where are you going?" 

"We're walking."

"To the hotel? Are you crazy? Get cho ass back here Candice." 

Lauren said through clenched teeth. Candi stopped in her tracks and turned around. 

"Park the car." 

Lauren sighed and did what she was told. Lauren knew it was only 5 minutes away, if you ran. Her plan was to pick up Nicki and Safaree and take them home. But everything changed...

They were both blacked out. Nicki's head was bleeding from the incident. Safaree's fitted cap blocked most of the blow but, he was still knocked out. 

The elevator reached Ground Floor and the doors finally opened. Candice and Lauren walked in out of breath. 

"Oh my god!"

Lauren didn't move a muscle. She just stared at Nicki with a confused expression on her face. 

"NICKI?!"

"She's not dead?" 

Lauren questioned. Candi completely ignored her. 

"What happened?"

The tone in Candi's voice got deeper. 

"I'ont know I'm here with you!"

Candice was in tears. She couldn't believe it was her Nicki. 

"Is she breathing though..." 

Despite the bleeding, Candi held Nicki and put her head on Nickis shoulder. She repeated the words "Everything's gonna be Ok" over and over again, she knew her life was at risk. Lauren was speechless. Candi spoke up. 

"Is that *sob* Safaree?"

Lauren said nothing, she simply dropped everything in her hands, including her coffee, and ran to SBs side.  

"Can you hear me SB? Can you hear me?"

He but didn't open his eyes.  

"Candice where's your phone?"

"I don't know *sniffle* where's yours?"

"Don't worry about that! Gimme your phone!"

"Why?"

"TO CALL A FUCKING AMBULANCE NOW GIVE ME YOUR GAWDDAMN PHONE!" 

Candice fished around in her bag, searching for the phone. When she got hold of it she threw it directly at Lauren's face. She gave Candi a death stare. 

"If I wasn't in a bad mood, I would--" 

She was interrupted by Safaree's phone other phone, that was in his back pocket. Lauren looked at the caller. 

"Cammy? Who the fuck is Cammy?"

"Are you gonna answer that?"

"No."

She ended the call. Lauren tried to throw the phone at Candi's face but missed completely.  

"Imma use Safaree's" 

"I never had credit anyway.." 

Safaree's phone vibrated. If this hoe don't leave the fuck alone.. Candi thought. Candi grabbed Nickis hand. 

"Hurry the fuck up!" 

Lauren called 911. 

"Hello.. There's been an accident.."

Nicki was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit. She was carried from the gurney to the hospital bed, the nurse the breathing tube into her. Nicki was in a deep comatose state and couldn't breathe on her own. She was then connected to the Cardiac Monitor. She suffered major injuries to the head. As for Safaree, he was taken to the A+E. He woke up from his unconsciousness but he was told to stay in the hospital bed for an hour or two, just to check that everything is up to date. The thought of Nicki never came across his mind, he didn't remember what had happened to her, he thought he was in hospital for a check up or a blood test and she was at home... Waiting for him. The nurse casually walked over to Safaree's bed and stood there. He didn't realise she was there until she cleared her throat. He looked up. 

"Can I help you?"

"Sorry sir, but your gonna have to move." 

"Many I ask why?" 

"We have other patients waiting outside."

"Oh ok."

"Everything is fine. Luckily your cap shielded your head from the terrible blow." 

He got out of bed at a fast pace. The nurse stopped him. 

"Please take it easy sir."

She handed his fitted cap to him. 

"So your good to go! Errm, Would you like someone from the hospital to drive you home?"

"No thanks." 

"I insist sir."

"No."

He snapped which shocked the nurse. 

"Ok sir. Sorry to waste your time." 

Safaree brushed past her and scurried to the exit door. He walked to the waiting room to find Lauren and Candi gazing into a hospital room. 

"Yo Laur."

She turned around and burned a hole through his head. Her bloodshot and puffy eyes gave it all away. Something happened to Nic. Candi didn't take her eyes off Nicki until one of the doctors pulled the blinds.  

"No. No. No" 

Candice banged the on the window. She turned around. 

"Sb!"

"Cand... What's up?"

"You don't remember?"

"What?"

Candice started to mumble out words and SB couldn't understand. Then Lauren explained and showed him the video call. A doctor came through the doors and they looked up at him.
